168gg Platform Agreement

The following terms carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear in this Agreement:

To register for and use 168gg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age minimum applies regardless of any lower age of majority under local law. 168gg enforces the stricter 21+ threshold as a matter of platform policy.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be the lawful owner of the payment method used to fund your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 168gg or any of its affiliated studios or payment providers.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by 168gg or any other licensed gaming operator.

Each player may hold one active account on 168gg at any time. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 168gg will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Duplicate accounts: If 168gg identifies that you hold more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.
• Accurate information: You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Accounts with materially inaccurate information may be suspended pending verification.
• Account security: You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 168gg accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account currency: All 168gg accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All displayed balances, wager amounts, and payout values are in Rupiah.

168gg is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting large deposits. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

To complete KYC, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (applicable to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja).
• Proof of Source of Funds: In cases where deposit volumes are unusually high, 168gg reserves the right to request evidence of the legitimate source of funds used for gaming.

168gg reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an account entirely where a player refuses to cooperate with the KYC process or submits fraudulent documentation. Any such closure will be handled in accordance with Clause 13 (Suspension & Termination).

168gg supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit and are subject to change.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.
• Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited instantly.
• 168gg does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered player account due to incorrect reference numbers or transfer details will be held in a suspense account. Contact support at [email protected] with proof of transfer to resolve such cases.
• 168gg reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of the platform, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. 168gg is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly.

• Verification requirement: KYC verification (Clause 4) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not passed KYC will have withdrawal requests queued until the verification process is concluded.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have contacted support to update your verified withdrawal account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorized access.
• Processing time: Once approved by our finance team, withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically completed within 1–3 business hours during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed faster, often within 30 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the Cashier at the time of the request. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will be declined.
• Wagering requirement: Player Funds (real-money deposits) are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification. Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. Withdrawal requests that include unwagered Bonus Funds will result in those Bonus Funds being forfeited.
• Withdrawal refusal: 168gg reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be informed of any delay and the general reason for it.

168gg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion detail page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 168gg promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration. Some bonuses are restricted to new players (Welcome Bonus); others are available to returning players. Eligibility criteria are stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable Player Funds. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting) will be removed from the account automatically without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Abuse prevention: 168gg reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to void any winnings derived from a bonus, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform.

All games available on 168gg are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Each game is governed by its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) rate, and payout structure, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Random Number Generators: All RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are provably random and not influenced by 168gg or its staff.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer tables are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The rules of each table game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo) are displayed within the game interface. Dealer decisions are final once the round is closed.
• Sportsbook wagers: All sports bets — including pre-match, live in-play, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are subject to the Sportsbook Rules available within the Sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of score or result disputes, 168gg defers to the official results published by the relevant sporting body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, FIFA, the EPL governing body).
• Togel markets: Daily togel draw results are sourced from official draw recordings. All togel bets are final once the draw has closed. Minimum stake from Rp 1.000.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or display errors — 168gg reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to player accounts. Winnings paid in error due to a technical malfunction are not valid and may be reversed.
• Maximum winnings: 168gg may apply a maximum single-transaction or daily winning cap across certain game categories. Where applicable, this cap is displayed in the relevant game or market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 168gg platform. Engaging in any of the behaviors listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one player account on the platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiate chargebacks, or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or e-wallet provider after placing wagers.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to place wagers on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with 168gg staff or other players via any platform channel.

168gg is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We acknowledge that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings page. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality checks: The platform displays the duration of each gaming session and net position to help players maintain awareness of their activity.

All content on the 168gg platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 168gg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from 168gg.
• Use any 168gg trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by 168gg.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 168gg's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

168gg shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from events beyond 168gg's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, force majeure events, or government action.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

168gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a request has been made.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their bank against legitimate deposits.
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

In cases of account closure due to a player's own request (where no breach of these Terms has occurred), 168gg will return verified Player Funds to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, after deducting any outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus Funds are not returned upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 168gg reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance. The player will be notified of this decision by email and provided with a summary of the reason for closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 168gg holds its international gaming license. By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 168gg's support team at [email protected]. 168gg will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days of receiving your written complaint.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 14 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

168gg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus conditions, or player rights — 168gg will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 168gg recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it whenever you receive a notification of changes.
